1:57pm Carolina Beach Surf Update

Cold, rainy and windy. The waves are knee high at best. Sorry for the lack of a decent photo and the late update. I was hoping the rain would let up at some point, but looks like it is going to be a pretty wet day. The swell charts are showing an increase in size with onshore winds this afternoon, so maybe just before dark will be fun.
