afternoon surf report Carolina Beach

The wind has built up a waist/stomach high wave with plenty of chop to go along, but the tide is making it pretty mushy right now. It's hard to say when the best time to surf will be. Maybe later today or tomorrow morning??? Have fun if you surf, or go kite flying...it is pretty windy
