There is still a wave breaking, but with the rising tide it is only the sets. The wind has picked up and is out of the WSW now keeping the waist high waves clean though. If you find the right spot there should be a wave breaking all the way through high tide(1:38pm). Yet another beautiful fall day on hand down here. Have fun if you surf.
